Lawrence Hawthorne
In 1582, just two years after his parents' wedding, Lawrence was born as the first child and son of Cadred and Cicily Hawthorne. He was one of the few children who survived childhood.
In 1612, he married Riklid Freeney after accidentally impregnating her. Their first child was born that same year. Despite being raised in a more gender-equal environment, Lawrence turned out misogynistic and hateful towards women, a bitterness fueled by Riklid, whom he resented for forcing him into fatherhood.
He hated his wife and did not love her at all. His animosity toward her was reflected in the way he treated their daughters. Lawrence made his whole family leave behind the family farm and sail off to america. He was quite happy about that desicion, since his daughters did not survive their first year in america. In 1644 Lawrence was hit by lightning but surived. He drank himself to death in 1658.

Merken Hawthorne
Merken was born in 1583 as the second son of the family. He was the first of Cadred and Cicily's sons to pass away, dying at the age of 9 in 1602.

 

 

 

Wulfhelm Hawthorne
Born in 1584 as the third son, Wulfhelm also passed away young, dying at the age of 9 in 1603.
 

Beorthric Hawthorne
Born in 1582, Beorthric lived a brief life of only two years, passing away in 1588.

 

 

 

Petrus Hawthorne
Born in 1587, Petrus kept a lower profile within the family. After his other siblings passed at young ages, Petrus realized the importance of starting a family before it was too late. That same year, he married Cecilia Bastwock. Together, they had seven children: Afleag, Cynefrith, Hillda, Letitia, Godlefe, Giles, and Aedilfrid.He lived a long life, passing away in 1645.

  

 

Katherine Hawthorne
Born in 1589, Katherine lived two short years before biting the dust in 1591.
